The citizens of below countries, holding a valid passport, can apply for a Turkish visa from online electronic visa service at www.evisa.gov.tr official website, provided that they meet required criteria. All payments on the website are made only with credit card or debit card. On the other hand, citizens of some countries can also get a visa on arrival, assuming that they meet required criteria, usually at a higher cost than online. Note that the e-Visa for Turkey is issued for tourism purposes only, not valid for work or study.

If you are on a cruise ship and visiting one of the ports of call along the Turkish coastline, according to the Law on Foreigners and International Protection which entered into force in 2014, those foreigners who arrive at sea ports and intend to visit the seaport city or nearby provinces for touristic purpose are exempt from visa provided that their stay does not exceed seventy two (72) hours.
